Co-workers

I've noticed my social abilities when I'm at work decrease. Why can't I just... act naturally?
And why do they have to ask me things I don't want to answer??
And why do they have to be so cheap?

I hate having to communicate with people like this.
I ate having a job where everyone wants to be friends. You just work together...
